A great addition to any countertop, the planter is designed to display your potted plants without taking up much space. Inspired by the traditional olive jars from southern Italy, each planter is turned by hand on the potter’s wheel using 19th century methods. Finished by hand with a terracotta glaze, these planters have been updated with a modern design. The two handles, commonly known as ears, located on each side make it easy to move and rearrange throughout your space. For an elevated greenhouse display, mix and match different sized planters and plants.

• Hand-crafted from low-fired terracotta.
• Can be used to hold small household items or to display potted plants and fresh bouquets.
• Glazed and finished by hand making each piece one-of-a-kind. The hand of the artisan may be visible in the form of drips and differences in opaqueness of the glaze.
• Care Instructions: Wash by hand. When using as a planter, use a pot liner insert inside the Olive Jar along with a few rocks at the bottom to help with drainage.
