Add a touch of elegance and southern French charm to your home décor with the small Terracotta French Confit Pot. Inspired by the traditional confit pots popularized in the southwestern region of France, each pot is turned by hand on the potter’s wheel using 19th century methods. Finished by hand with a terracotta glaze, these confit pots have been upgraded with a modern design. Whether used in the kitchen or throughout the home, these pots are the perfect “cachette” or hiding spot to help keep your space clear and decluttered. The two handles, commonly known as ears, located on each side make it easy to move and rearrange throughout your space. Multi-functional in design, the confit pot can also be used as a vase to display your freshly picked stems or beautiful potted plants.

  • Hand-crafted from low-fired terracotta.
  • Can be used to hold small household items or to display potted plants and fresh bouquets.
  • Glazed and finished by hand making each piece one-of-a-kind. The hand of the artisan may be visible in the form of drips and differences in opaqueness of the glaze.
  • Care Instructions: Wash by hand. When using as a planter, use a pot liner insert inside the confit pot along with a few rocks at the bottom to help with drainage.
